Refund policy

1. 15-Day Return Window

You may request a return within 15 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition
  • Items must be in original packaging (unopened)
  • Proof of purchase is required

2. Hygiene & Use Policy

Due to the nature of our products (insoles), we cannot accept returns that have been:

  • Worn extensively
  • Damaged or altered
  • Used in a way that prevents resale

3. How to Request a Return

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos (if applicable)

We will guide you through the next steps.


4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days depending on your bank/provider

5. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will resolve this at no extra cost to you


7. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you need a different item, please return your order and place a new one.


8. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Gift cards
  • Final sale items (if applicable)

9. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or shipped.
Once shipped, the return process will apply.


10. Fair Use

We reserve the right to refuse returns that:

  • Do not meet the above conditions
  • Show signs of misuse or abuse of the policy
